This is the privacy policy of SGG Home Solutions (SGG Home Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company). Plain version: we collect what you give us, we use it to talk with you about your house, and that is all. Last updated October 2, 2026.

What we collect

Only what you send us or tell us: the address of the house, your name, your phone number, anything you write in the message box on this site, and what you tell us on the phone or by text. If you ask us to text you, we keep the date you agreed and the words you used. We also look up public records for the address, such as the county's property record.

This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising code.

How we use it

• To call or text you about the house you told us about, answer your questions, and confirm appointments.
• To prepare an offer if you want one.
• To keep our own records of the conversation.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive texts from SGG Home Solutions — by checking the box on our form or by telling us so on a call — we may text the number you gave about your house: follow-ups to a conversation, appointment confirmations and reminders, and answers to your questions. Message frequency varies and is low; most people hear from us a few times a month at most. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop at any time: reply STOP to any text and you will not receive another one from us. Reply HELP for help. You can also just tell us on the phone.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with anyone for their marketing, and no third party will text you because you agreed to hear from us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not add you to a marketing list or send bulk promotional texts.
• We do not text anyone who has not agreed to it.

Who else sees it

Our service providers that make the phone line and the website work (for example, the company that carries our calls and texts) handle your number and messages only to deliver them. If you accept an offer, the title company handling the closing receives what it needs to close. If we assign our purchase agreement, the investor who closes in our place receives the agreement. Nobody else.

Keeping and removing your details

We keep your details while we are talking about your house and for our records afterwards. Ask and we delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
