Who we are and what this site is
SGG Home Solutions is an investment company that buys houses as they are, directly from the owners. We are not real estate agents, brokers or attorneys, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. This website is for homeowners who want to talk with us about selling a house. Nothing here is an offer to buy any specific property; an offer is only what we put in writing after we have seen the house.
Using the website
You may use this site to learn about us and to ask us to call you. Send us only your own details, or details you are entitled to share. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.
SMS Terms
Program name: SGG Home Solutions texts.
What we text about: follow-ups to a conversation you had with us about your house, appointment confirmations and reminders, and answers to your questions. These are one-to-one messages from a person; we do not send bulk marketing texts.
How you opt in: by checking the text-message box on our website form, or by telling us on a call that we may text you at your number. Texting us first also lets us reply to you in that conversation. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of selling us your house or of anything else.
Message frequency: varies and is low — typically a few messages a month at most while we are talking about your house.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every text you receive from us or send to us.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more. You can also tell us on the phone or by email.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on major U.S. carriers; texts may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
Your number: you confirm that the number you give us is yours. If you change or give up that number, tell us so we do not text its next owner.
Privacy: how we handle your number and your messages is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limits
This site and our texts are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, SGG Home Solutions LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on anything on it, or from messages delayed or not delivered.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
